Just-In-Time Delivery for Production Parts

In modern manufacturing system, raw materials are expected to feed the production lines in Just-In-Time manner. Our warehouse deliver the production part kits timely and precisely to our client factories (normally to the production workshop directly). Currently, we are providing a 2-hours kitting services. Picking List is sent from the client factory and we sort, pick, count, check, pack, load, and transfer to their factories within 2 hours’ limit.

Vendor Management Inventory (VMI)

As a modern Supply Chain Management concept, VMI warehouse is located nearby the point of use geographically, but the control and ownership does not transfer to the buying parties, until withdrawal by the point of use. The operation involve three parties (buying, selling and logistics) working collaboratively, and effectively share the usage forecast information. Without a professional Logistics Operator and sufficient IT infrastructures, the concept is impossible to be implemented practically.

Consolidation Warehouse

To be a distribution center, our company can provide an excellent geographical advantage to our customers. Just located close to the intersection of three major highways, and the proximity of Airport, our logistics center can handle any complicated inbound-hub-outbound mix, particularly for those involve certain portion of air freight. Our major customers using this service are mostly traders or wholesalers.

E-Warehouse

Through our web-based inventory management system, our customers can monitor the stock status, give logistics instructions and demand value-added processing on their commodities. Particularly for oversea trading firms, they can manage the commodities flow and business electronically. In addition, we are providing other services, such as license application, third-party surveillance, packaging and quality checking, in order to facilitate remote business control by our client oversea.

Value-Added Warehouse

Our company is doing certain value-added service to our customers, in addition to usual logistics. Instead of having their own workshop, just sub-contracting us the processing on the commodities, before distribution. Most typical is simple assembly of SKD/CKD and re-packaging. These services are particularly suitable to the companies in start-up stages, or without a plan to run a workshop locally.

Trading Agent

There are some client do not prefer to deal with suppliers or customers directly. In contrast, our business license includes general trading and import/export. We can be a business gateway. Especially for oversea companies, dealing with local Chinese firms can be a tough job, due to the cultural difference, severe control of foreign exchange, payment practices difference, non-tariff trade barriers, consolidation difficulties, & etc. A trading-logistics mixed agent can plays a valuable role.
